Job Role: Skilled Fabricator / Fitter

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manufacturing and production activities as per company requirements.

- Handle fitting and fabrication-related operations.

- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical specifications.

- Perform spot welding, gas welding, TIG welding, and GMAW welding operations.

- Follow proper fabrication processes and welding procedures.

- Ensure accuracy and quality of fabricated components.

- Inspect finished work for dimensional accuracy, welding quality, and defects.

- Operate and handle fabrication and welding tools and equipment safely.

- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to complete manufacturing targets.

- Follow workplace safety, quality, and production standards.

Qualification

- Graduate

- ME/M.Tech in Production Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Manufacturing Technology

- Dual Degree (BE/B.Tech + ME/M.Tech) in Production / Industrial & Production / Manufacturing

- B.Sc / B.Sc (Hons.) in Garment Manufacturing Technology

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production, fabrication, or welding operations.
