Role Description The Site Supervisor – HVAC Projects is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This position is responsible for supervising day-to-day HVAC project activities, including overseeing installation, commissioning, and testing of HVAC systems at client sites. The role involves coordinating with project engineers, contractors, and vendors; monitoring work progress against schedules; and ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality specifications, and company procedures.

The Site

Supervisor will review technical drawings,



allocate tasks to site teams, resolve on-site issues, and provide regular progress reports to project management. The role also includes verifying material requirements, supporting inspections, and assisting in handover documentation and client training as needed.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate With skills relevant to HVAC systems, and building services.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, monitor, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills to interpret and work with technical drawings and layouts.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, and prior experience in HVAC site supervision or building services projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices, safety regulations, quality standards, and basic electrical/control interfaces.
- Effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in the Guwahati, Assam Area, adapt to project schedules, and manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
