Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.

- Supervise and coordinate basic civil works associated with interior projects, including masonry, plastering, screeding, concrete works, brick/block work, waterproofing, repair works, and related finishing activities.

- Understand and interpret civil, architectural, interior, and MEP drawings and coordinate their execution at site.

- Coordinate civil works with interior activities to ensure proper sequencing and avoid rework or clashes.

- Check site dimensions, levels, alignment, and finished floor levels before commencement of interior works.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and project engineers.

- Allocate daily work activities to workers and subcontractors and monitor productivity.

- Check measurements and ensure proper execution of works as per site dimensions and drawings.

- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship and ensure compliance with approved samples.

- Identify site issues, discrepancies, and clashes and coordinate for timely resolution.

- Ensure materials are available at site as per work requirements and minimize material wastage.

- Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and report delays to the Project Engineer/Manager.

- Maintain daily site records, work progress reports, material records, and manpower reports.

- Conduct regular inspections and ensure rectification of defective or incomplete works.

- Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid clashes with interior works.





- Ensure proper protection of completed works and maintain good housekeeping at the site.

- Ensure workers and subcontractors follow site safety rules, PPE requirements, and safe working practices.

- Assist in taking measurements and preparing work completion records for billing.

- Coordinate snagging, punch-list rectification, and final handover activities.

- Support the Project Engineer/Manager in achieving quality, cost, schedule, and safety objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

- 4-7 years of experience in interior and civil site supervision.

- Good knowledge of interior finishing and construction activities.

- Good knowledge of site measurements and basic quantity calculations.

- Strong coordination and manpower management skills.

- Knowledge of construction safety and quality practices.

- Willingness to work at project sites and relocate as required (PAN INDIA).

- Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
