Position: Site Supervisor

Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year

Job DescrpitionWe are looking for a responsible and hardworking Site Supervisor with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the interior design industry. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with workers and vendors, and ensuring projects are completed according to quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior site activities and ensure smooth execution of work.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other workers.
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Read and understand basic interior drawings and layouts.
- Coordinate with the project manager, designers, vendors, and clients when required.
- Maintain proper site discipline, safety, and cleanliness.




- Identify and report site issues or delays to the concerned manager.
- Ensure materials are available at the site as per project requirements.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly site progress reports.

Required Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an interior design/interior contracting company.
- Basic knowledge of interior fit-out and construction work.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and site activities.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/drawings is an advantage.
- Positive problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
