Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Lead to manage and coordinate site activities related to Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), and PA Systems . The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, customer communication, vendor management, quality execution, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise day-to-day BMS site activities .
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Manage installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
- Monitor site manpower, material availability, and project progress.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors/subcontractors for timely execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper installation and workmanship.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Resolve site-level technical and execution issues.




- Coordinate customer inspections, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.

Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, E&TC;, or a related engineering discipline.
