About the Role

Sadbhav Futuretech Limited is looking for an experienced and responsible Site HR & Admin professional to manage HR and administrative activities for its Ground Mount Solar Projects in Chhattisgarh.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing site HR operations, manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, employee relations, labour compliance, contractor workforce, employee welfare and complete site administration.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project/site HR, preferably from Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Construction, Power or other project-based industries.

Key Responsibilities

A. Site HR Operations

- Manage day-to-day HR activities at the assigned Ground Mount Solar project site.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for site employees and project management.
- Ensure smooth implementation of company HR policies and procedures at the project site.
- Maintain employee records and personnel documentation.
- Coordinate with Head Office HR for all HR-related requirements and approvals.
- Ensure proper communication of company policies, notices and HR initiatives to site employees.

B. Manpower Planning & Recruitment

- Understand project manpower requirements in coordination with the Project/Site Head.
- Prepare and communicate manpower requirements to the Head Office HR team.
- Support recruitment for technical, non-technical, supervisory and site support positions.
- Coordinate candidate sourcing, interview scheduling and selection activities.
- Support joining formalities and deployment of new employees at site.
- Maintain manpower requirement and vacancy trackers.
- Coordinate with contractors for timely deployment of required manpower.

C. Employee Onboarding & Joining

- Conduct site-level joining and induction formalities.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Ensure completion of joining documentation and HR forms.
- Coordinate employee ID cards, access requirements and site induction.
- Explain basic company policies, attendance rules, leave procedures and site discipline.
- Coordinate with Admin, IT and Project teams for employee onboarding requirements.

D. Attendance & Payroll Inputs

- Manage daily attendance of employees at the project site.
- Maintain attendance records and resolve attendance discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the attendance system/team for regular attendance updates.
- Prepare monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
- Track leave, absence, late coming, overtime and site movement records.
- Coordinate with Head Office Payroll/HR team for salary-related inputs.
- Ensure timely submission of attendance and payroll information.

E. Contractor & Labour Management

- Coordinate with manpower contractors and subcontractors for workforce deployment.
- Maintain contractor manpower records.
- Verify contractor attendance and manpower deployment.
- Coordinate submission of contractor documents and statutory records.
- Monitor contractor compliance with company HR and site requirements.




- Support verification of contractor bills and manpower-related documentation.
- Maintain records of contract labour deployed at the project site.

F. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

- Handle employee queries and site-level HR concerns.
- Address employee grievances professionally and promptly.
- Maintain positive employee relations at the project site.
- Coordinate with Project Head and Head Office HR for employee-related issues.
- Support disciplinary and misconduct-related processes as per company policy.
- Promote employee engagement and workplace discipline.

G. Site Administration

- Manage day-to-day administrative activities at the project site.
- Coordinate site accommodation and employee welfare requirements.
- Manage housekeeping and general site facilities.
- Coordinate transportation requirements wherever applicable.
- Manage office/site stationery and administrative requirements.
- Maintain records of site assets and administrative materials.
- Coordinate visitor management and site access requirements.
- Support travel, accommodation and logistics arrangements for employees and visitors.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for site administration requirements.

H. Employee Welfare & Facilities

- Ensure basic employee welfare facilities are available at site.
- Coordinate accommodation, food/canteen and transportation requirements wherever applicable.
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of site office/accommodation facilities.
- Coordinate with administration/service vendors.
- Address employee welfare concerns and escalate critical issues.
- Support employee engagement activities at project locations.

I. MIS & HR Reporting

- Prepare and maintain regular HR & Admin MIS reports.
- Maintain site manpower reports.

- Recruitment status reports
- Submit periodic reports to Head Office HR.
- Maintain accurate and updated HR databases.

J. Exit & Separation

- Coordinate employee resignation and separation formalities at site.
- Conduct/coordinate exit documentation.
- Ensure clearance and handover processes are completed.
- Coordinate full & final settlement inputs with Head Office HR/Accounts.
- Update employee exit records.
- Ensure timely submission of exit-related documents.

4. Software Skills Candidates should have working knowledge of:

- MS Excel

- Basic knowledge of payroll systems

Good Excel knowledge for preparing manpower MIS, attendance reports and HR trackers will be preferred. 5. Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:

- Ground Mount Solar EPC

Strong preference will be given to candidates who have independently handled HR & Admin activities at project/site locations. 6. Educational Qualification

Mandatory:

- Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred:

- MBA/PGDM HR
- MSW – HR
- PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management

Additional HR qualifications will be an advantage but are not mandatory. 7. Experience Requirement

Experience: 6 to 10+ Years The candidate should preferably have:

- 6+ years of HR experience.
- Strong site/project HR exposure.
- Experience handling manpower-intensive projects.
- Contractor/labour management experience.
- Attendance and payroll input experience.
- Labour compliance exposure.
- Site administration experience.

8. Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a candidate who:

- Has 6 to 10+ years of HR & Admin experience.
- Has hands-on Site/Project HR experience.
- Has experience in manpower-intensive project environments.
- Preferably comes from Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Construction or Power sectors.
- Can independently manage site HR & Admin operations.
- Has experience dealing with workers, supervisors, engineers, contractors and project management.
- Has good knowledge of attendance and payroll processes.
- Has exposure to labour compliance and contractor documentation.
- Has robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is comfortable working at a project site in Chhattisgarh.
