Sapient Infra, based in Down Hill, Malappuram, Kerala, is a construction company undertaking civil construction projects. We are committed to delivering quality construction works with a strong focus on timely execution, safety, technical standards, and compliance with government requirements.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to supervise and manage government building construction projects at our project site in Kalamassery, Ernakulam, ensuring quality, safety, timely execution, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and government standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day building construction activities
- Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and government standards
- Coordinate with government departments, engineers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site staff
- Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and other civil works
- Check measurements, quantities, materials, and work progress
- Prepare and maintain site measurements, daily reports, DPRs, and other project documentation
- Review structural and architectural drawings and coordinate with consultants when required
- Monitor manpower, materials, and resources for efficient project execution
- Assist in preparation and verification of measurements, estimates, BBS, and contractor bills
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety requirements




- Identify technical and site-related issues and coordinate timely solutions
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the approved schedule
- Coordinate site inspections and ensure compliance with government project requirements

Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Building Construction / Government Projects
- Good knowledge of building construction, RCC works, masonry, finishing works, and construction practices
- Knowledge of drawings, measurements, quantity estimation, BOQ, and billing
- Knowledge of government construction procedures and documentation will be an advantage
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with multiple teams
- Willingness to travel to government offices and project sites when required
