Experience Required : 1- 3 years

Create high-quality architectural models using SketchUp (.skp) and 3ds Max (.max).

- Develop accurate interior, exterior, landscape, and site models from CAD drawings, PDFs, references, and design concepts.
- Apply realistic materials, textures, and finishes using proper PBR workflows and UV mapping.
- Source, create, and optimise high-quality assets such as furniture, vegetation, décor, lighting, and architectural elements.
- Maintain clean, organised, and optimised project files with proper naming conventions, layers, and asset management.
- Collaborate with the AI filmmaking team to ensure models are optimised for cinematic rendering, AI workflows, and marketing films.
- Deliver projects within committed timelines while maintaining high quality standards.
