About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Civil to join our PMC team for a large-scale construction project. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site supervision, quality monitoring, coordination with contractors and consultants, and ensuring that civil works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and method statements.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants and MEP teams for smooth execution.
- Check workmanship, materials and quality of construction and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals and technical submissions.
- Monitor contractor progress against the approved project schedule and look-ahead programmes.
- Identify site issues, delays and technical constraints and report them to the PMC Project Manager.
- Verify measurements and support the QS team in quantity verification and contractor billing.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, inspection requests and other project documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate snagging, rectification and quality inspections.




- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, PPE and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate interfaces between civil, structural, architectural and MEP works.
- Participate in site meetings and assist in preparation of MOM, progress reports and action trackers.

Required Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 4–8 years of relevant site experience, preferably with PMC/consultancy or reputed contracting organizations.
- Experience in commercial, institutional, hospitality, auditorium or large-scale building projects will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing and external works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD and project documentation.
- Knowledge of MS Project / Primavera P6 will be an added advantage.
- Solid coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be site-oriented, proactive and detail-focused, with the ability to independently monitor contractors and ensure timely, quality execution of works within the PMC framework. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
