Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Billing Engineer with strong practical site experience and a thorough understanding of construction billing. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, checking, measuring and submitting site bills accurately and on time, based on actual work executed at site and approved drawings/specifications.

The candidate should be comfortable working closely with the site execution team, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives and should have the ability to independently handle billing-related activities at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit site bills on time as per project billing schedules and requirements.
- Take and verify actual measurements at site and prepare bills based on the actual work executed.
- Prepare detailed measurement sheets, quantity calculations and bill abstracts.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings for accurate billing and quantity calculations.
- Cross-check all measurements and bills at site before submission to ensure accuracy.
- Verify executed quantities against drawings, BOQs, specifications and site conditions.
- Prepare RA Bills, subcontractor bills and other project-related billing documents as required.
- Carry out detailed calculations for quantities, rates, deductions, variations and other billing requirements.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings, BOQ quantities and actual site execution and report them to the project team.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, bills, supporting documents and revisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior site experience in construction billing is mandatory.
- Valuable practical understanding of construction measurements and quantity surveying.




- Ability to independently prepare bills from actual site measurements.
- Strong ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, measurements, rate analysis and billing procedures.
- Strong Excel skills for calculations, measurement sheets and billing statements.
- Proficiency in MS Word and preparation of professional project documentation.
- Ability to prepare detailed and accurate billing calculations.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to attend and confidently participate in client/consultant meetings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently at site and meet strict billing deadlines.
- Candidates who have handled residential building/project billing will be preferred.
- Experience

Relevant site billing experience in construction is required. Candidates with experience in residential/commercial building, Mivan Shuttering projects will be preferred but not mandatory.

Employment Requirement

Full-time | Site Based

Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

- Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Project Manager, QS, subcontractors and client/consultant representatives regarding billing and measurement issues.
- Attend client meetings and billing/measurement discussions whenever required.
- Ensure that all billing submissions are properly supported by measurements and relevant documentation.
- Track pending measurements, certifications and bill submissions to ensure timely closure.
- Assist in quantity reconciliation and maintain updated billing records throughout the project.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure that all completed works are captured correctly in the bills.

Pay: ₹10,951.61 - ₹70,000.00 per month
