Talent Glider is hiring Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process (Career Counseling). You will interact with U.S.-based clients, understand their requirements, provide career guidance, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.

/n

Understand customer needs and provide suitable career solutions.

/n

Resolve queries professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.

/n

Follow up with prospective clients and update CRM records.

/n

Achieve quality and performance targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

/n

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills.

/n

Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.

/n

Robust listening and problem-solving skills.

/n

International voice process experience is preferred.

/n
