Job Description

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who is AI-first - someone with strong design fundamentals who is already using AI as a responsible part of their creative process.

You'll work across social media, digital campaigns, banners, brand communication and other creative requirements, using both traditional design tools and AI to develop ideas and create high-quality visual work.

What you'll do

Create social media creatives, digital campaigns, banners and other visual communication.

/n
Develop concepts and visual directions from briefs.

/n
Use AI tools to ideate, generate, experiment and enhance creative output.

/n
Combine AI-generated assets with strong design, editing and compositing skills.

/n
Work closely with the creative, content and account teams to bring ideas to life.

/n
Adapt creatives across different platforms, formats and campaign requirements.

/n
Stay updated with new AI tools,



workflows and creative possibilities.

What we're looking for

/n

/n
2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency, digital or creative environment.

/n
Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling.

/n
Solid command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

/n
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Flux, Ideogram or similar.

/n
Ability to use AI as part of the creative process, not just generate images.

/n
Robust visual taste and attention to detail.

/n
Ability to take a brief and independently develop a visual direction.

/n
Comfortable working across multiple formats and tight timelines.
