Role Overview

The requirement is for a senior qualified with a robust technical background combined with project-management capabilities. This is not intended to be a purely core Project Manager role.

The candidate should have:
Prior experience in GIS development projects.
Experience as a Developer, Technical Lead, or similar technical role.
Solid technical understanding to validate development activities and vendor deliverables.
Telecom domain experience is preferred.
Exposure to Telecom OSS/BSS is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Providing technical oversight of the vendor's development activities.
Tracking daily project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Reviewing and validating technical documentation and artifacts.
Challenging vendor estimates and understanding the technical rationale behind timelines.
Validating whether reported activities are genuinely completed.
