Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Lead skilled with 10+ years of experience in data reconciliation, reference data management, and financial data validation. The candidate will be responsible for executing reconciliation processes, analyzing data discrepancies, expertise in SQL, supporting GoldenSource-related activities, and ensuring high-quality reference data across various asset management platforms.
Required Skills
Experience in Data Reconciliation and Data Quality Management.
Knowledge of Reference Data Management concepts.
Hands-on experience with Golden Source or similar Master/Reference Data Management platforms.
Expertise in SQL querying and data analysis skills.
Understanding of financial instruments, securities, benchmarks, issuers, Com Ref Data and asset management data.
Experience in investigating data issues, performing root cause analysis, and managing incident tickets.
Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Starburst, OMNI, or equivalent tools.
Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities.
Should have exposer to handle data quality and reconciliation tools across multiple financial data domains

Preferred Qualifications




Experience in Capital Markets, Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Investment Banking domains.
Exposure to any of the reconciliation and data quality tools.
Knowledge of data governance, data lineage, and data quality frameworks.
Automation testing experience would be Valuable to have
Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Functional Testing
Develop, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration, System, and Performance Testing.
Validate Golden Source Security Master workflows and downstream data distribution.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation activities.
Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution with development teams.

Data Validation & Reference Data Testing
Validate Security Master, Instrument Reference Data, Market Data, and Static Data feeds.
Execute data quality checks and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reference data.
Perform ETL and data migration validation across multiple source systems and downstream consumers.
