We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Shipping executive to manage and oversee all aspects of export documentation and logistics. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, DGFT regulations, customs clearance, exchange control, and export incentives. The role requires solid coordination with shippers, forwarders, banks, and other related agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Export Documentation & Compliance:

- Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT regulations and customs clearance requirements.
- Manage exchange control documentation and export order processing.
- Prepare and verify export documents as per government norms.

Logistics & Coordination:

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agencies, and other logistics partners.




- Manage and track export shipments to ensure timely deliveries.

Export Incentives & Reporting:

- Process and manage export incentives and benefits.
- Maintain records of export transactions and prepare necessary reports.
- Ensure awareness and adherence to various export schemes.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping documentation and logistics.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in freight forwarding and coordination with agencies.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Ability to prepare daily shipment reports and manage delivery schedules.
