Key Responsibilities:-

- Lead and supervise shift-wise mechanical maintenance operations, ensuring planned and breakdown maintenance activities are executed as per SOPs, GMP, and Valuable Engineering Practices.

- Ensure availability of resources, spare parts, and manpower for smooth operation of plant equipment and machinery, while minimizing breakdowns through continuous improvement initiatives.

- Manage preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown maintenance (BM) activities, including scheduling, monitoring execution, and maintaining monthly compliance records.

- Support facility expansion projects and cross-functional engineering activities, ensuring timely completion of project-related documentation and technical requirements.

- Maintain GMP, GEP, QMS, and statutory compliance, including SOPs, protocols, audits, training, documentation, approvals, and closure of quality-related activities.

- Drive operational excellence through energy conservation, effective shift communication, Kaizen initiatives, and continuous improvement of engineering systems and processes.
