Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Consultant / Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR), Container Vulnerability Response (CVR), and Application Vulnerability Response (AVR).

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ServiceNow development, vulnerability management, security tool integrations, workflow automation, and end-to-end vulnerability remediation processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR), Container Vulnerability Response (CVR), and Application Vulnerability Response (AVR) solutions.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer flows.
- Configure and manage Assignment Rules, CI Lookup Rules, Remediation Task Rules, Remediation Target Rules, and Risk Calculators.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of Vulnerable Items, Remediation Tasks, Detections, and Discovered Items.
- Manage vulnerability content from NVD and other third-party vulnerability sources.
- Integrate ServiceNow with vulnerability scanners and security platforms such as Tenable, Wiz, Qualys, and other security tools.
- Customize remediation workflows and automate vulnerability assignment, tracking, escalation, and closure.
- Configure and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and Performance Analytics for vulnerability management.
- Support the complete vulnerability management lifecycle, including identification, prioritization, remediation, exception management, and closure.
- Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams to drive vulnerability remediation activities.
- Leverage CMDB relationships and asset context for risk-based vulnerability prioritization.
- Apply knowledge of CVSS scoring,



risk assessment, vulnerability management processes, and remediation strategies.
- Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with third-party security and IT systems.
- Perform troubleshooting, defect resolution, upgrades, patching, and release support.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and solution design documents.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of overall ServiceNow experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow SecOps / Security Operations.
- Strong experience with Vulnerability Response (VR).
- Experience with Container Vulnerability Response (CVR) and Application Vulnerability Response (AVR).
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Tenable, Wiz, Qualys, or similar vulnerability/security tools.
- Strong ServiceNow scripting and development skills.
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
- Good understanding of CMDB and Configuration Items.
- Solid understanding of vulnerability management and remediation processes.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Good understanding of CVSS, vulnerability risk assessment, prioritization, and remediation.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow SecOps certifications are an advantage.
- Experience working with enterprise security, cloud, infrastructure, and application teams.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow upgrades and releases.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
