ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Chennai

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Technical Consultant to join our global ServiceNow practice and help deliver enterprise-scale HR transformation programs.

In this role, you will design, configure, implement, and support ServiceNow HRSD and GBS solutions, working closely with global customers, architects, business leaders, and delivery teams. You will play a key role in building AI-powered employee experience solutions, intelligent workflows, and next-generation digital transformation initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of enterprise application/HR technology experience
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience
- Strong expertise in HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, Enterprise Onboarding,



Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST APIs, and JavaScript
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with HRIS, payroll, identity, and enterprise platforms
- ServiceNow HRSD Certification (CIS-HR) mandatory
- CTA certification highly preferred
- Prior consulting and stakeholder management experience
