Role Description The Service Staff role is a full-time, in office position based in Vellore.

The Service

Staff member will assist in installing, inspecting, maintaining, and servicing fire protection equipment according to company standards and safety guidelines. Daily tasks include visiting customer locations, performing routine checks, documenting service activities, and reporting any issues or required repairs. The role also involves coordinating with the sales and operations teams, responding to customer inquiries,



and ensuring that all services are delivered in a timely and professional manner.

The Service

Staff member may support inventory handling, basic record keeping, and follow-up with customers to maintain strong working relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Analytical skills to assess equipment performance, identify issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Ability to follow safety procedures, technical instructions, and company guidelines for fire protection equipment.
