Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall Service and Parts operations and ensure achievement of business and Aftersales KPIs.

- Drive workshop loading, productivity, revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with OEM standards and processes.

- Lead, coach and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts team and other Aftersales staff.

- Manage recruitment, induction, training, performance reviews and succession planning.

- Ensure optimum Parts availability, inventory control and stock management.

- Oversee warranty claims and ensure compliance with OEM warranty policies.

- Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints and goodwill cases.

- Ensure adherence to OEM Customer Experience and Retailer Standards.

- Conduct regular KPI reviews and implement corrective and continuous improvement actions.

- Drive customer retention, service campaigns,



lapsed customer follow-up and business development activities.

- Coordinate effectively with Sales, Service, Parts and other dealership departments.

- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to improve Aftersales business and profitability.

- Work closely with OEM Regional Aftersales/Technical teams to improve operational performance.
