Job Summary

Summary: Lead Arial Engineerings after-sales service operations and be the guarantee of excellence our clients trust. Arial maintains long-term AMC relationships with hospitals, IT parks, government buildings and luxury developments across Hyderabad. This is a senior, MD-reporting role.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the HVAC service team - engineers and supervisors - across all AMC contracts
- Plan and oversee preventive maintenance visits - ensuring SLA compliance and zero missed visits
- Manage breakdown and reactive calls - allocate technicians, track resolution within SLA windows
- Build solid client relationships across all service accounts; conduct periodic review meetings
- Coordinate with OEM service teams (Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Hisense) on escalations
- Drive AMC renewals and upselling opportunities within the existing client portfolio
- Prepare monthly service performance reports for MD - SLA metrics, complaints, revenue tracking
- Comply with Arial Engineerings Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.
- Complete any other associated task requested by the management.





Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- 5-10 years of experience in HVAC service management or field service operations
- Deep technical knowledge of VRF systems, chilled water plants, DX systems, AHUs
- Proven experience managing AMC contracts and service teams across multiple sites
- Strong client relationship and communication skills - English and Telugu
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Two-wheeler or four-wheeler with valid licence
