Cyrus Water Technologies is a growing B2B engineering and water infrastructure solutions company specializing in pumping, water & wastewater, plumbing, MEP and fire protection solutions. We are an authorized regional partner for KSB Pumps and SFA Systems, serving customers across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our Service & Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Installation, commissioning and servicing of pumps and water
2. management systems.
3. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in pumps and related equipment.
5. Attend customer service calls and ensure timely issue resolution.
6. Coordinate with customers, contractors and the internal technical team during installation and service

Activities.
1. Maintain service reports, inspection records and maintenance documentation.




2. Ensure proper testing and handover of equipment after service completion.
3. Follow safety and quality standards during site work.

Candidate Profile ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering

2 - 3 years of experience in service, maintenance or installation of pumps, mechanical equipment, MEP or industrial machinery.

1. Basic understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
2. Good communication and customer-handling skills.
3. Willingness to travel for customer site visits across Hyderabad, 4.
4. Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
5. Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
