Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Service Engineer role located in Chennai.

The Service

Engineer will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of fettling equipment, as well as providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting solutions. Additionally, the role involves conducting field service operations and maintaining excellent communication with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.





Qualifications

- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve equipment-related issues effectively.
- Experience in Field Service and understanding of operations in industrial environments.
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of equipment, ensuring machinery is operational and reliable.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and team members professionally and clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in an on-site setting.
- Relevant educational background in Engineering, Mechanical, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or foundry sector is advantageous
- Electrical and Electronic engineers preferred.
