? Experience: 1–5 years (Mandatory in IT Service Desk / Tech Support)

? CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA (Based on experience; up to 30–35% hike)

? Notice Period: Max 15 days

? Shift: US / 24x7 Rotational | 100% WFO

? Mandatory Skills:

ServiceNow Ticketing | Office 365 | Active Directory | Basic Azure AD | Outlook | MS Teams | Basic Networking

? Role Highlights:

- L1 technical support via calls, chat & tickets
- Password reset, account unlock, user support
- O365 / Windows / Outlook / Teams troubleshooting
- Incident handling & ServiceNow updates
- SLA-based resolution & escalation

- Excellent communication skills
- Full time Graduate (Certificates mandatory)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
