Role Overview

We are looking for an SEO Specialist who can drive organic growth, improve search visibility, and generate high-quality traffic for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword strategy, and on-page/off-page optimization, along with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities 1. SEO Strategy & Planning

- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business and client goals
- Conduct keyword research based on search intent, competition, and trends
- Identify growth opportunities across content, technical SEO, and backlinks

2. On-Page Optimization

- Optimize website pages including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking
- Ensure content is SEO-friendly and aligned with target keywords
- Work closely with content and design teams to improve page performance

3. Technical SEO

- Perform regular website audits to identify and fix issues (crawl errors, site speed, indexing, etc.)
- Optimize website structure, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals
- Ensure proper implementation of schema markup and XML sitemaps

4. Off-Page SEO & Link Building

- Plan and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority
- Manage outreach for backlinks, collaborations, and guest blogging
- Monitor backlink profile and remove harmful links

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Track rankings, traffic,



and conversions using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Generate regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Analyze competitor performance and market trends

6. Content & Collaboration

- Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-driven blogs, landing pages, and website content
- Suggest content topics based on keyword gaps and search trends
- Work with developers to implement SEO recommendations

Key Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in SEO (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Hands-on experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and keyword planners
- Basic understanding of HTML, website structures, and CMS platforms
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills

Good to Have

- Experience with e-commerce SEO (Amazon/Flipkart listings is a plus)
- Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business optimization
- Familiarity with content marketing and conversion optimization
