About the Role The role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supporting enterprise server infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft Windows Server administration and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise server infrastructure.
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server administration/Monitoring Health Performance and Engineering.
- Strong experience with Unix/Linux platforms, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux, AIX, Solaris, or similar enterprise operating systems.
- Demonstrated experience with vulnerability/KPI results in remediation programs in large enterprise environments.
- Experience working with vulnerability management platforms such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of operating system security hardening and secure configuration practices (Antivirus or Infosec Agents/Tools).
- Experience with patch management, server lifecycle management, and change management processes.




- Hands-on scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or equivalent automation technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise server infrastructure.

Required Skills

- Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server administration.
- Strong experience with Unix/Linux platforms.
- Experience with vulnerability management platforms.
- Strong understanding of operating system security hardening.
- Hands-on scripting experience.
- 3 days WFO.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with patch management and server lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
