Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated SEO Executive to manage and improve the companys online visibility, organic search rankings, website traffic, and search engine performance. The candidate will be responsible for implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies and supporting overall digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct keyword research and identify relevant, high-performing keywords.
2. Implement On-Page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content optimization.
3. Support Off-Page SEO activities, including link building, directory submissions, business listings, and outreach.
4. Monitor website Google rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance.
5. Perform regular SEO audits and identify technical and content-related issues.
6. Work on Google Search Console and Google Analytics to monitor website performance and user behaviour.
7. Assist in improving website indexing, crawlability, page speed, and overall search engine visibility.
8. Coordinate with the Content, Graphic Design, and Web Development teams for SEO-friendly content and website improvements.

Optimize existing website content and suggest new topics based on keyword research and search trends.
10. Monitor competitors and identify new SEO opportunities and trends.
11. Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports with key metrics and recommendations.
12. Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts and Google ranking factors
- Knowledge of On-Page and Off-Page SEO
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of keyword research and SEO tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, and technical SEO
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple teams and meet deadlines

Qualification Education: Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or a related field.
