We are hiring a Senior Windows & Automation Systems Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, SCCM/MECM, and PowerShell automation.

The role will support enterprise infrastructure modernization initiatives and requires strong expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, SCCM/MECM, PowerShell, patch management, endpoint governance, and virtualization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and secure enterprise Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
- Design and maintain Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, access controls, and identity governance.
- Administer SCCM/MECM including OSD, patching, application deployment, compliance reporting, and endpoint lifecycle management.
- Develop advanced PowerShell scripts and automation for infrastructure administration, reporting, provisioning, and patch validation.
- Administer Windows Server 2019/2022 environments.
- Support VMware vSphere and Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
- Implement Windows infrastructure hardening and endpoint security controls.
- Support backup, restore, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Collaborate with Network, Security,



OT Security, and Infrastructure Operations teams.
- Support infrastructure monitoring and SIEM integration, including Splunk.
- Maintain technical documentation and automation standards.

Must-Have Skills

- 7+ years of Windows systems/infrastructure engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Active Directory, GPO, DNS and DHCP.
- Strong SCCM/MECM administration experience.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Windows Server 2019/2022 administration.
- Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V.
- Strong understanding of Windows security hardening and endpoint governance.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and manage enterprise infrastructure.

Good to Have

- Experience in manufacturing or industrial IT environments.
- Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access.
- CIS Benchmarks and LAPS.
- Splunk/SIEM exposure.
- HMI or Historian server exposure.
- API-based infrastructure automation.
- Exposure to OT/industrial infrastructure security.
