Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PG Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations will be an advantage.
- 1520 years of relevant experience in warehouse and supply chain operations.
- Candidates from Retail, Textile, Apparel, FMCG, Manufacturing or Multi-Store Distribution backgrounds will be preferred.
- Proven experience managing large warehouse teams and high-volume inventory operations.
- Strong exposure to ERP/WMS, inventory audits, transporter management and store dispatch operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be a hands-on warehouse leader with robust commercial and operational understanding, capable of independently managing warehouse operations and building systems that can support Amartex's expansion toward 100+ stores. Compliance & Approval Note

- Transporter finalization and price negotiation must have management approval.
- Any change in warehouse SOP must have management sign-off.
- Inventory variances must be jointly reviewed and closed with HR and Accounts.
- Bills must be submitted to Accounts without unnecessary delay.
- Debit notes and vendor returns must be processed promptly, with proper vendor communication and documentation.
