We are a marketing and brand studio that collaborates with premium brands across diverse industries, including food, fashion, jewellery, and interiors. We are looking for a highly skilled and creatively driven Senior Video Editor who can take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery and bring a strong visual perspective to every edit.

The ideal candidate should have strong editing fundamentals, an excellent creative eye, and the ability to maintain a high standard of quality while working across multiple brands and fast-paced projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end ownership of video editing projects, from understanding the brief and reviewing footage to final delivery.
- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, advertisements, campaigns, brand films, social media content, and promotional videos.
- Develop strong visual storytelling through editing, pacing, transitions, music, sound design, colour grading, and visual effects.
- Work closely with the creative team, directors, content strategists, and account managers to develop and execute creative concepts.
- Translate creative briefs into visually impactful and platform-appropriate content.
- Establish and maintain consistent visual quality across different brands and projects.
- Take creative decisions independently and suggest improvements to concepts, footage, pacing, and overall execution.
- Handle complex edits involving motion graphics, animations, compositing, sound design, and advanced transitions.
- Adapt editing styles according to different brand identities, industries, audiences, and campaign objectives.
- Review work from junior editors when required and provide constructive creative feedback.
- Ensure all deliverables meet agency, brand, and client standards for quality, accuracy, and timelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and consistency.
- Stay ahead of editing trends, social media formats, creative techniques, and evolving content styles.

Requirements
- 3+ years of skilled video editing experience, preferably in an agency,



production house, or rapid-paced creative environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects / DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, sound design, colour grading, transitions, and visual effects.
- Excellent creative eye with a strong understanding of premium visual aesthetics.
- Ability to independently interpret creative briefs and develop the right editing approach.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital content formats.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility for the quality of final deliverables.
- Portfolio/showreel is mandatory.

Good to Have
- Experience working with premium/luxury brands.
- Experience across food, fashion, jewellery, interiors, lifestyle, hospitality, or advertising.
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics, compositing, and animation.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior editors.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with AI-assisted creative and video editing tools.
- Understanding of colour grading and professional sound design workflows.

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a creative problem-solver and visual storyteller, not someone who simply follows an editing checklist.

A Senior Video Editor at our studio should be able to look at raw footage, understand the objective, identify what will work creatively, and turn it into a polished, engaging, and premium final piece.

You should be confident in your creative decisions, comfortable taking ownership of projects, and capable of maintaining a high standard even when working under tight deadlines.
