ABOUT THE ROLE:

Masrah Films is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Video Editor to join our team. We're seeking someone with a strong eye for storytelling, exceptional editing skills, and the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling content.

As a Senior Video Editor, you will lead the post-production process for a wide range of projects, including advertisements, brand films, social media campaigns, corporate videos, and digital content. You'll work closely with our creative team to deliver engaging, high-quality content while mentoring junior editors and maintaining production excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with the project's creative vision.
- Lead the post-production workflow from ingest to final delivery.
- Create high-quality short-form and long-form content for social media, digital platforms, and commercial campaigns.
- Enhance videos using Adobe Premiere Pro , After Effects , and Photoshop , including motion graphics, color correction, sound design, and visual effects where required.
- Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and the creative team to achieve the desired visual storytelling.
- Stay updated with current editing trends, AI-powered editing tools, and emerging technologies to improve workflow and efficiency.




- Organize project files and maintain a structured workflow for seamless collaboration.
- Review and implement client and internal feedback while ensuring timely delivery.
- Guide and support junior editors whenever required.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 4–5 years of professional experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing commercial, branded, and social media content.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro , After Effects , and Adobe Photoshop .
- Experience with motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and post-production workflows.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques.
- Familiarity with the latest AI tools that enhance video editing and creative workflows.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Must have a personal PC or laptop capable of handling professional video editing .
- Availability to work full-time from our Sector 7, Rohini, Delhi office.
