Sales Manager – IT Staffing | C2H | GCC

Must-Have:

/n

/n
Strong experience in Domestic IT Staffing / C2H business development – mandatory.

/n
Proven experience in acquiring and managing GCC / Enterprise clients .

/n
Solid understanding of Contract-to-Hire (C2H), Contract Staffing and IT recruitment solutions .

/n
Experience in B2B sales, new client acquisition and account mining .

/n
Strong network with HR, TA, Procurement and Business stakeholders across GCCs/IT organizations.

/n
Candidates with only US Staffing / US IT Sales experience will not be considered.

/n
Robust track record of achieving revenue and business development targets .

/n
Excellent client-facing, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

/n
Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.

/n

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n
Identify and acquire current GCC and enterprise clients for IT Staffing/C2H solutions.

/n




Generate new business through prospecting, networking, references and market mapping.

/n
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → meetings → proposal → commercial negotiation → closure .

/n
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, TA, Procurement and business stakeholders.

/n
Drive C2H and contract staffing opportunities and ensure healthy sales pipeline.

/n
Work closely with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure successful fulfilment of client requirements.

/n
Develop account-growth opportunities and expand business within existing clients.

/n
Track sales pipeline, revenue, closures and business forecasts.

/n
Conduct client meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations.

/n
Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly revenue and new-client acquisition targets .

/n
