Role Overview

The Senior Executive - Imaging will be responsible for leading image production workflows across photography post-production and AI-powered imaging solutions. This role combines technical expertise, visual quality control, and workflow optimization to ensure high-quality outputs for catalog, campaigns, social media, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Execute advanced image retouching, color correction, compositing, and quality enhancement.

/n

Manage AI-assisted image generation, editing, background creation, and workflow automation.

/n

Ensure visual consistency across all brand assets.

/n

Review and approve image outputs before final delivery.

/n

Collaborate with photographers, designers, and content teams during production cycles.

/n

Develop productive imaging workflows utilizing AI tools and emerging technologies.

/n

Mentor junior imaging team members and support skill development.

/n





Maintain image libraries, asset organization, and version control.

/n

Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality benchmarks.

Requirements

/n

3–5 years of experience in image editing, retouching, or post-production.

/n

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and related imaging software.

/n

Hands-on experience with AI imaging tools and workflows.

/n

Solid understanding of photography, lighting, composition, and color management.

/n

Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.

/n

Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines.
