7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist candidates visiting the test center.
Verify candidate identity and required documents before examinations.
Monitor examinations to maintain a secure testing setting.
Record candidate entry/exit signatures and report any irregularities.
Ensure adherence to security protocols and facility safety standards.
Operate testing equipment, DVR systems, cameras, telephones, and alarm systems.
Support audits, quality assurance activities, and accreditation requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and overall readiness of the test center.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in customer service, front office, administration, or similar roles.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities with attention to detail.
Comfortable dealing with the public in an authoritative yet skilled manner.
Ability to understand operating instructions and prepare reports.
Candidates residing near the office location and/or owning a two-wheeler will be preferred.
