Design, prepare, and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and interactive sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate management programs.

Utilize modern pedagogical techniques (e.g., case studies, simulations, experiential learning, and blended learning tools) tailored to business education.

Develop course syllabi, curriculum frameworks, and learning assessment methodologies in alignment with academic standards and industry needs.

Evaluate student performance fairly and constructively through assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations.

Research and Scholarly Activity

Conduct high-quality, independent, and cooperative research in areas relevant to management and business studies.

Regularly publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed, high-impact journals (e.g., ABDC-listed, Scopus-indexed, or Web of Science).

Present research findings at national and international conferences, symposia,



and academic workshops.

Actively seek external grants, corporate sponsorships, or funding for research projects where applicable.

Student Mentorship and Guidance

Serve as an academic advisor and mentor to students, providing guidance on academic trajectories, career paths, and career development.

Supervise student research projects, dissertations, summer internships, and capstone projects.

Foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning workplace.

Institutional Service and Administrative Duties

Actively participate in departmental meetings, faculty boards, and university-wide committees (e.g., accreditation, curriculum design, student placement, admissions).

Contribute to institutional accreditation processes (e.g., AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS, NAAC, NBA, etc.).

/n
Build and maintain linkages with industry partners for guest lectures, live projects, corporate mentoring, and student placements.
