Key Responsibilities:

Conduct product presentations and technical discussions.

Explain the chemistry, composition, performance characteristics, and application methods of construction chemical products.

/n
Sound understanding of chemical formulations, reactions, material properties, and their practical applications in construction chemicals.

/n
Ability to understand Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and product specifications

/n
Generate recent business opportunities through field visitsand market development activities.

/n
Identify and meet contractors, builders, developers, consultants, architects, PMC teams, and industrial clients.

/n
Promote and sell construction chemical products.

/n
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and closesales deals.

/n
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.





/n
Achieve sales targets and maintain reports.

/n
Coordinate with technical and operations teams.

/n
Should be capable of managing both sales and operational functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

Required Skills:

Solid academic background in Chemistry (B. Sc./M. Sc. Chemistry preferred).

/n
Solid sales, negotiation, and communication skills

/n
Knowledge of construction chemicals/building materials preferred.

/n
Positive presentation and relationship management skills.

/n
Proficiency in MS Excel,Word, and emailcommunication.

/n
Willingness to travel for field salesactivities.
