As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to creating sales strategy and execution of that strategy. While leading a sales team, you will be generating opportunities and closing sales in the assigned markets/geographies.

You will be targeting senior decision-makers and influencers at enterprise and mid-market customers and educating them about Alphavima products and solutions.

Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience in IT services sales, specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central / ERP
Proven track record of selling in international markets (North America and UK)
Strong understanding of Microsoft ERP/CRM Products & solutions for Digital Transformation
Experience in end-to-end sales cycle management Core Competencies
Solid negotiation and Deal Closure skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities





Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM Partner Ecosystem (Must)
Exposure to mid-market and enterprise clients
MBA or relevant business qualification (preferred) Key Success Metrics (KPIs)
Revenue and sales target achievement
Pipeline generation and conversion ratio
Client acquisition and retention
Deal closure cycle time
Expansion in global markets
