What You'll Do

/n

Lead and strengthen the academic programme across Classes 1–6.

/n
Coach and mentor teachers to deliver high-quality, student-centred learning.

/n
Drive curriculum implementation, instructional excellence, and student outcomes.

/n
Partner with parents, school leadership, and cross-functional teams to create an enriching school experience.

/n
Contribute to whole-school improvement and innovation initiatives.

We're Looking For

/n

/n
8–10+ years of teaching experience in Primary or Middle School.

/n
5+ years in an academic leadership or coordination role.

/n
Strong expertise in curriculum, pedagogy, teacher coaching, and school operations.

/n
Experience in IB, Cambridge, or progressive CBSE/CISCE schools is highly valued.
