About the Role

/n

We are seeking experienced Precast Project Managers to lead our Joint Venture precast manufacturing facilities in Navi Mumbai and Hyderabad.

/n

As a key leadership role, you will be responsible for the successful management of precast operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely delivery of products to project sites while driving operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
Project planning and execution.

/n
Commercial and cost management of precast operations.

/n
HSE (Health, Safety & Workplace) management.

/n
Management of subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.

/n
Client and stakeholder relationship management.

/n
Project monitoring, reporting,



and performance reviews.

/n
Leadership, mentoring, and people management.

/n
Ensure manufacturing, logistics, and erection activities are aligned with project schedules and Just-in-Time delivery requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

/n

/n
Robust project management experience within the construction sector.

/n
Proven experience in precast manufacturing and erection.

/n
Sound technical knowledge of concrete technology and precast systems.

/n
Robust leadership and team-building capabilities.

/n
Experience managing Just-in-Time delivery programs.

/n
Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

/n
Ability to work collaboratively with Joint Venture partners and project teams.
