We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Incharge to join our team. The Service Incharge will be responsible for overseeing and managing the service operations for our W&W; department based at our master service centre Kolkata.



The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service and a proven track record of effectively leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the service team
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Collaborate with other departments to streamline service processes and procedures

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a service management role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a rapid-paced environment
Knowledge of W&W; operations is a plus
