What You'll Be Doing
Launch and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max – all of it)
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, CTR, and beyond
Own the numbers – daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking
Analyze data deeply to extract insights and drive smarter decisions
Build strategies for product launches, scale-ups, and seasonal bursts
Collaborate with creatives and strategy teams to align messaging and funnel goals
Stay updated on the latest Google Ads features, algorithm changes,



and best practices

What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience running Google Ads for D2C/e-commerce brands
A proven performance mindset – we're talking ROAS, not impressions
Expertise in keyword planning, bidding strategies, campaign structure, and segmentation
Robust analytical skills – if you don't love Excel and GA4, we're not the right fit
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-learn workplace
Clear communicator who can translate data into action
