The Assitant Manager - Sales & Marketing will lead and drive the strategic growth of JJ Plastalloy’s Polymer Compounds and MB division.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Competitor Understanding:

Identify customer needs and monitor market trends within assigned regions.

/n
Track competitor offerings and share insights to support product positioning.

/n

/n

/n

Sales & Product Support:

/n

/n

/n
Achieve sales targets through effective territory management.

/n
Support product and technical teams to meet customer requirements.

/n
Maintain product mix, volume, and pricing as per business goals.

/n

/n

/n

Sales Planning & Execution:

/n

/n

/n
Execute territory wise sales plans aligned with organizational goals.

/n




Support key initiatives to drive market penetration and business growth.

/n

/n

/n

Customer Relationship Management:

/n

/n

/n
Engage with customers regularly to understand requirements and resolve concerns.

/n
Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and cross-selling prospects.

/n

/n

Reporting & CRM Management

/n

/n

/n
Maintain sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and update activities in CRM (Zoho preferred).

/n
Provide market intelligence, forecasting inputs, and timely updates to the zonal team.

/n

/n

/n

Channel Sales Support

/n

/n

/n
Work with distributors to ensure adequate support, coordination, and sales enablement.

/n
Assist in assessing distributor performance and maintaining solid channel alignment.
