Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from drafting job descriptions to conducting interviews and knowledge of Job portals , like Apna app , work India , Indeed , Linkedlin

Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate employee orientation, training setups, and exit interviews.

Employee Relations: Serve as a mediator for workplace conflicts and address employee grievances promptly.

Performance Management: Facilitate regular performance appraisal cycles and track employee growth metrics.

Payroll & Advantages: Administer compensation data, track attendance, and manage employee advantages enrollment.

Compliance & Policies: Enforce local labour laws, maintain employee records, and update the company handbook

Requirement -

Must Have Post Graduate in any field .

Valuable communications skills In English
