Manage customer emails, calls and WhatsApp queries and ensure timely responses.

Handle customer orders from order receipt to processing and dispatch.

Coordinate with Production, PPC, PP and other departments for order follow-up.

Prepare and regularly update the Shipment Calendar.

Monitor Customer Promise Date (CPD) Reports and ensure timely order completion.

Resolve customer queries related to orders, production, dispatch and delivery.

Coordinate with production teams for pending orders and priority requirements.

Update FMS/CRM sheets and customer-related reports on a daily basis.

Prepare and process current and repeat orders.

Coordinate for required production approvals/signatures.

Maintain proper customer documentation and records.

Follow up on pending payments wherever required.

Coordinate with senior management regarding significant customer queries and order-related issues.

Maintain valuable relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
