Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and develop sheet metal components, parts, and assemblies using Creo Parametric.
Create and modify 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, and detailed engineering drawings.
Develop flat patterns, bend/unbend features, and sheet metal designs as per specifications.
Apply GD&T;, tolerances, and design standards to ensure manufacturability and functionality.
Perform design validation, interference checks, and tolerance stack-up where required.
Prepare and maintain BOMs, design documentation, and engineering change records.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Tooling, and Production teams for design feasibility.
Ensure designs are suitable for fabrication, stamping, bending, welding, and assembly processes.Role & responsibilities





Preferred candidate profile
BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
2+ years of experience in Sheet Metal Design and Product Development.
Robust hands-on experience with Creo Parametric / PTC Creo, particularly the Sheet Metal module.
Positive knowledge of 3D modelling, assembly design, 2D detailing, and engineering drawings.
Experience in sheet metal components, fabrication, bending, stamping, welding, and manufacturing processes.
Valuable understanding of GD&T;, tolerances, DFM/DFA, and design standards.
