Responsibilities:
Responsible for troubleshooting customer Grievances/Complaints.
Visiting Customer’s house for giving Service for Air Conditioner/Refrigerator/Washing Machine/Water Purifier
Manage call assign respectively and provide better service experience.
Assisting in installing the equipment, analyzing, inspecting and identifying solution to the problem.
Reviewing the repairs, the products part, testing and maintaining equipment i.e. Part installed etc.
Service engineer needs to monitors performance of the product & provide guidance on maintaining the product.
Develops and maintains valuable relations with the customers.
Install current products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly.
