Assistant Project Manager

Experience: 5+ years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.E./M.Tech in Transportation/Highway Engineering will be preferred.

The candidate should have solid project coordination and delivery experience, with the ability to independently manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Key Requirements:
Experience in handling/coordinating DPR, feasibility and infrastructure consultancy projects.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects, disciplines and teams and ensure timely delivery.
Positive understanding of DPR preparation, project planning, technical documentation and deliverables.
Robust client interaction and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to independently participate in client meetings, understand requirements and drive closure of action points.
Strong presentation and communication skills, including preparation and delivery of project presentations.
Ability to review technical outputs, identify gaps and coordinate with respective discipline teams for closure.
Experience in preparing progress reports, MOMs, trackers and management updates.
Exposure to highway/infrastructure projects and government clients will be preferred.
