Senior Quality Assurance Analyst / Test Manager

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analyst or Test Manager with solid expertise in functional, regression, integration, database, and API testing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing testing processes, identifying risks, and collaborating with stakeholders. Experience in the Private Capital industry and tools like Investran will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :
Create and execute comprehensive, well-defined test cases and test scripts
Perform functional, regression, integration, database, and API testing
Identify, log, and track defects ensuring clear and well-structured bug reporting
Highlight testing risks to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective issue resolution




Manage client interactions and provide testing updates
Contribute to test automation initiatives (advantageous)
Ensure quality assurance best practices and standards are met

Mandatory Skills :
610 years of QA/testing experience in the banking domain
Robust experience in functional, regression, integration, database, and API testing
Proficient in creating and executing detailed test cases
Solid defect reporting and risk assessment skills
Good client-facing and self-management abilities

Preferred / Advantageous Skills :
Experience in the Private Capital industry and/or Investran
Experience in cloud-based application testing
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO)
Test automation experience
