Job Title: Shopify / E-commerce Executive

ROYYD ke Shopify E-commerce website ko professionally manage karne ke liye responsible candidate ki requirement hai.

Key Responsibilities:
Shopify website ka daily management aur monitoring.
Recent products upload karna, product details, prices, images, variants aur descriptions update karna.
Website par products ki availability aur inventory regularly check/update karna.
Online orders ko check, process aur coordinate karna.
Orders ki packing, dispatch, shipping aur delivery status ka follow-up.
Cancelled, returned aur RTO orders ka proper management.
Inventory aur website stock me mismatch na ho iska dhyan rakhna.
Website par kisi bhi error, broken link, product issue ya technical problem ko identify karke resolve/coordinate karna.
Website par required changes, offers, banners, collections, menus aur other updates manage karna.
Shopify analytics, sales, orders, traffic aur product performance ko regularly monitor karna.




Customer orders se related queries ko coordinate karna.
Website ko regularly check karke ensure karna ki sabhi products, prices, images aur information updated aur accurate hain.
Google/Meta Ads se website par aane wale traffic aur sales ko basic level par monitor karna.
Website improvement ke liye current ideas aur suggestions dena.
Daily/weekly website and e-commerce performance report maintain karna.

Requirements:
Shopify ka practical knowledge preferred.
E-commerce website management ka experience preferred.
Computer, Excel/Google Sheets ka basic-to-valuable knowledge.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented aur problem-solving attitude.
Fashion/clothing e-commerce ka experience is a plus.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred
