Role & ResponsibilitiesSource blue-collar manpower through local references, labour points, walk-ins, and personal networks.
Use solid local area knowledge to identify and attract suitable housekeeping and facility support staff.
Conduct manpower sourcing and screening based on experience, willingness, location, shift, and site requirements.
Collect and verify candidate documentation and complete joining formalities.
Manage employee onboarding and site induction.
Conduct regular site visits to understand manpower requirements and employee concerns.
Coordinate manpower deployment and ensure timely joining at sites.
Monitor attendance, manpower availability, and replacements in coordination with HR and Operations.
Coordinate with the follow-up team for candidate follow-up, joining confirmation, and deployment.
Willingness to travel to different sites and local areas as required for recruitment, deployment, and site visits.
